Robert Kehoe
Robert Kehoe is from Johnson Creek, Wisconsin, and he in Cambridge with his wife Ashley. He graduated from Wheaton College (IL), with a degree in Political Science, where he was a four year letter winner in soccer. As a midfielder and defender at Wheaton, he was a NSCAA Team Academic All American, and a four year participant in the DIII NCAA tournament, competing as far as the quarterfinals. After finishing his BA, he spent two seasons as an assistant coach for St. Olaf College men’s soccer, where he lead the team to a 2004 conference championship. Robert is also an accomplished cyclist, upgrading from a US CyclingCategory 5 to 3 rider in one season. In making the transition from soccer to cycling, he was able study strength and conditioning methods with Steve Myrland, who is the director of the Train to Play coaching system. Currently Robert is a graduate student in the department of philosophy at Boston College, and is excited to be a part of the Train Boston team. His ultimate goal is to teach and coach at the collegiate level.
