Train Boston’s Summer Speed Camp Program is designed for athletes looking to improve in the following areas:

- First Step
- Linear Speed
- Running Mechanics
- Top Speed
- Reaction Time
Peak Performance
July 27 - August 20, Monday - Thursday
10 am - 11 am or 5 pm - 6 pm

Keep the Kids Active this Summer with Train Boston’s Summer Youth Sports Kids between the ages of 8-12 years old our youth camp is a great way to incorporate healthy exercise into your children’s summer routine!
