First things first: You can’t just sign up for a group training class. As a prerequisite, we offer a comprehensive, medically based fitness/training evaluation upfront—at no charge. We screen for injuries and potential vulnerabilities and determine whether you’re ready to participate in group classes.
If you’re ready for these demanding, fast-paced classes, you can start right away.
If not, we’ll develop a customized plan to address any injuries or issues and get you ready for group. (We offer physical therapy if needed)

This is a class where the focus is improvement of flexibility, soft tissue and joint mobility. During these groups you will be taken through a sequence of movements that will help you recover, prevent injuries, and improve tissue quality. Flexibility is an essential component of life. Whether you are stretching after an intense workout or stretching to improve mobility for daily living, this class if for you. In this class you will improve your range of motion through: Foam Rolling, Static Stretching, PNF Stretching, Self Active Release Technique (Pin and Stretch). These techniques will aid in:, Recovery, Injury Prevention, Tissue Quality, Flexibility, Mobility, Pain Relief.
Movement X group training program is designed for clients looking to progress their conditioning and fitness that have movement issues, current injuries, or transitioning from successful physical therapy. In addition, Movement X is a customized and individualized workout that provides for the needs of the 50+ individual. Movement X is the premier wellness & fitness program for a new generation of active adults and communities that integrates safe evidenced-based land and water programming with physical therapy. Movement X will help you feel good, move well, look great and live stronger. Give your body the proper movement and progressive exercise system it needs.
Hard Core is a high intensity class with the primary focus of working from the core out. This class seamlessly concentrates on developing your core strength, building important ancillary strength, flexibility, and spinal decompression, as well as establishing the important symmetrical cross body connections needed between your hips and shoulders. Oh yeah, you will get a great sweat in too, as you continually generate internal heat, as you truly connect your upper body to your lower body. Experience this important missing link, most miss in their training progression.
