Athletic Team Training

Train Boston works with coaches to develop strength and conditioning programs for their teams. We evaluate the training needs of the group as a whole, as well as the strengths and weaknesses of each individual. Special attention is given to the areas of explosive power, speed development, and injury prevention. As a result, teams will have a higher overall fitness level along with improved performance on an athlete-by-athlete basis.

Group Training

Our "form your own group" format is a results based, fun and efficient way to reach your fitness goals with friends, co-workers, or teammates. Group sessions are customized specifically for your group's needs and goals with your trainer.
