We routinely host a variety of programs for both performance athletes and everyday athletes, which are designed to address your seasonal health and fitness needs.
Get ready for spring sports by improving your strength and athletic performance! Starting on April 3, this 4-week program for high school and collegiate athletes uses our proprietary Performance Training System, Olympic lift/power lifting, first step and acceleration speed generation and injury prevention to to improve speed and power. But first, all participants will be tested and re-tested throughout the program using the bench, vertical jumping, the 3-cone test, the 5/10/5 shuttle, broad jumping and the 40 yard test. The series is offered four times a week—Monday evenings at 4 pm or 7 pm, Tuesday morning at 7 am and Thursday at 7 am, 4 pm or 7 pm. The cost is $249 for the entire series.
