Train Boston Group Training System

Monday / Thursday – STRENGTH AND POWER

Classes are focused on building muscular development through resistance exercises. Each class begins with movement preparation, followed by weight training exercises for each of the body’s fundamental movement patterns – squat, lunge, forward bend, push, pull, and rotation. A core strengthening sequence and cool down is instructed to end each class.

Tuesday / Friday – ATHLETIC MOVEMENT / CARDIO

Classes are focused on developing speed, endurance, agility, and cardiovascular capacity for maximizing fat loss. Activities include – running, jumping, hurdling, jump roping, stair climbing, and calisthenics. Individual drills, as well as group races, obstacle courses, and other activities are used to keep the class interesting and challenging.

Wednesday / Saturday – CORE / REGENERATION

Classes are designed to strengthen the abdominals, hips, and back, and to aid in the prevention of injury. Proper posture, flexibility, tissue quality, and muscle symmetry are the focal point of the class. Participation will ensure that members are able to maintain optimal health and balance in their workouts.
