The advantage of our program is that we utilize medically-based training principals, blended into a progressive, sports-performance weekly training system, that is customized to you.
Each session incoporates lots of sweating, athleticism, core work, strength training, and flexibilty. Workouts vary from class to class and week to week, progressively building you first starting with developing you with a strong base, and gradually building you to a more powerful and athletic you.
