Mitch Shechtman

Mitch began his training career in 1992 after receiving his degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Massachusetts. Mitch has extensive experience working with a wide variety of clients. He is particularly passionate about working with clients struggling with obesity, pre and post natal population, and people within his own age range who are trying to get in shape or enhance their fitness level. Mitch also has worked with many young athletes, including runners, triathletes and people recovering from orthopedic injuries.

Mitch is married with two boys, ages 13 & 9. He is actively involved in his sons' lives and coaches them in multiple sports, including baseball, basketball, swimming & karate. Along with his family interests, Mitch holds an advance rank Belt in Kenpo Karate under the guidance of Grand Master Joe Esposito of Newton, MA.
