Tia Nardella, CPT

Tia Nardella earned a four-year NCAA Division 1 athletic scholarship at Longwood University in Virginia and graduated Cum Laude in May 2010, with a BS degree in Kinesiology and concentration in Exercise 
Science. Her senior year she was the captain of the "Lancers" women's soccer team, which won their first ever, Division title in 2009. Even before her college career, Tia realized her passion for high-level sports training and coaching. At Longwood, she interned in the varsity weight room, participated in health awareness clinics around 
 the community, and organized athletic and wellness initiatives for Longwood students on campus. During high school, as a striker on the Scorpion Club Team, Olympic Development Team and Brookline High School soccer team, she trained at the Boston University Athletic Enhancement Center where she first met Emily Carusone whom she later interned under. Tia enjoys working with all kinds of sports and exercise enthusiasts, and wants to use her education to develop evolving, personalized training routines to fit each person's unique needs and goals.
