Tim Brewster
Owner and founder of Train Boston, Tim Brewster set out with a mission to redefine sports training and physical therapy, to become the leader of our unique and progressive movement. Schooled at Boston's renowned Sargent College, Tim holds both a master's degree in physical therapy and a bachelor's degree in exercise physiology, as well as a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association. A two-sport collegiate athlete, Tim was a guard in basketball and a catcher in baseball. After graduation, Tim quickly gained great experiences working as an assistant trainer with the Atlanta Hawks, interning with the leading west coast orthopedic in Kerlan-Jobe, and was part of the 1996 Olympic Medical Staff.
Upon Tim's return to Boston, he became the Strength coach for the New England Revolution, helping them build from a team that was consistently in last to the team that has gone to six straight championship matches. Many players continue to work with us at our two facilities. Additionally, Tim continues to be a consultant to the New England Patriots, working with the majority of their injured reserve athletes. He has continued to grow this reputation now working with a multitude of NFL players. His work encompasses the whole spectrum of our services, from post-rehab manual therapy to performance position-specific training. It is Tim's and our mission, that all Train Boston clients receive this comprehensive approach, so they may train without limitation, thereby allowing them to unlock their athletic potential and be the best athlete they can be.
