The Train Boston Training System gaurantees you will exceed your goals and
get in the best shape of your life!
iGTS are 60-minute workouts, customized by the trainer to meet your personal needs and help you achieve your fitness goals. Each trainer is allowed to work with up to 6 people at a time. In order to ensure that these sessions are not over booked and to better serve you we will need
you to:
* 60-minute indoor/outdoor training sessions
* High energy, results driven
* Sports/Individual customized and specific
* Ideal 1:6 trainer to client/athlete ratio
* Groups run 6 days a week!

Cancel with 48 hours notice
