Personal Training

If you would like dedicated attention to your individual needs and progress, Train Boston's personal training program is ideal for you. Our trainers hold industry-leading certifications, as well as undergraduate and graduate degrees in fitness and training-related fields.

Team Training

Our approach to team training is very similar to our approach to personal training. We first consult with the coach to determine the training needs of the group as a whole. Then we evaluate each individual to determine strengths and weaknesses. We put all of that information together, and develop a conditioning program that will address the requirements of the group as well as the needs of the individual. As a result, teams will have a higher overall fitness level, as well as improved performance on an athlete-by-athlete basis.

Group Training

Training with a group is a fun and effective way to add motivation to your exercise routine. At Train Boston we have taken the common concept of group training and elevated it to an all new level. Our group training is a monthly program that targets all areas of functional fitness, from agility and flexibility to core conditioning, strength and power. All participants receive our comprehensive fitness evaluation prior to starting the program, so that we are aware of all your postural and mechanical issues.
